Selection is a range of high-quality products aimed at the restaurant and catering sector, designed to be served as appetizers, starters or side dishes to main courses: shrimp and vegetable gyozas, shrimp parcels, crispy potato and shrimp bites, crispy shrimp rolls and shrimp ravioli.
We market premium semi-prepared frozen products, made primarily with vannamei shrimp.
Our infrastructure allows us to customise both product presentation formats and packaging according to our clients’ needs, thanks to our own services at origin that enable us to adapt our products to market demand.
